To keep your shoes looking fresh, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth after each wear to remove dust and dirt. For leather shoes, use a specialized leather cleaner and a soft brush to gently scrub away stains. For canvas or fabric shoes, a mild soap solution works well. Always allow shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight, as excessive heat can damage the material and cause warping.

Proper storage is essential for maintaining shoe shape and longevity. Store shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and material degradation. Use shoe trees or stuff them with newspaper to help maintain their shape. Keep shoes in their original boxes or use breathable shoe bags to protect them from dust while allowing air circulation. Avoid stacking shoes, as this can cause creasing and deformation.

Different materials require different care approaches. Leather shoes benefit from regular conditioning with leather cream to keep them supple and prevent cracking. Suede shoes need a soft brush and specialized suede cleaner to maintain their texture. Canvas and fabric shoes can be gently cleaned with mild soap and water. For athletic shoes, remove insoles and wash them separately. Always check the manufacturer's care instructions for specific recommendations based on your shoe's material composition.

To prevent odors, ensure your shoes dry completely after each wear by removing insoles and placing them in a well-ventilated area. Sprinkle baking soda inside shoes overnight to absorb moisture and odors, then shake it out in the morning. Consider using odor-absorbing insoles or cedar shoe inserts. Wash your feet before wearing shoes and change socks if they become damp. Rotating between multiple pairs of shoes allows each pair to dry thoroughly between wears, significantly reducing odor buildup.

Most shoes last between 300-500 miles of wear or approximately 1-2 years with regular use. Signs that it's time to replace your shoes include worn-out soles, visible creasing that doesn't recover, loss of cushioning, or structural damage that affects comfort. Pay attention to how your feet feel after wearing them—increased foot pain or fatigue may indicate the shoes have lost their support. Investing in quality shoes and maintaining them properly can extend their lifespan and save you money in the long run.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking the tracking link in the email or entering the tracking number on our shipping carrier's website. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please save all packaging materials and take photos of any damage for our records.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Once the package is in transit, we may not be able to change the delivery address, but we'll do our best to help redirect it through the carrier.

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. Our fastest shipping option is express delivery, which takes 2-3 business days. For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition, with all tags attached.

If you receive an item with a significant defect, an item that does not match your order, or if the item you purchased is out of stock or unavailable for immediate shipment, you must notify our customer service team via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the item along with an unboxing video for verification purposes.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once the returned item has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5–7 business days.

To return an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the return label, and ship it back to us. You'll receive a confirmation email once we receive your return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

D+AF currently does not offer direct exchanges. We only provide a return service.

Customers are entitled to one return within the 3-day inspection period. Please note that the inspection period is not a trial period. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, and must not have been used outdoors.

For defective or incorrect items, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For other returns (such as change of mind or size issues), customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
