This product features a natural suede cowhide upper. The material is soft and delicate. Slight color transfer may occur due to humidity or friction — this is a normal characteristic of natural suede. To maintain the product in its best condition, we recommend avoiding light-colored clothing and not wearing it on rainy days.

③ Size differences within ±3cm, new product dye smell, minor loose threads, slight detachment or snags, minor dye spots (less than 0.5cm), and slight color variations between batches are all considered acceptable under international product standards and are not regarded as defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these reasons.

④ If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please keep the product intact (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the product and return it within 7 days after reporting.
