③ Size differences within ±3cm, new product dye smell, minor loose threads, slight detachment or snags, minor dye spots (less than 0.5cm), and slight color variations between batches are all considered acceptable under international product standards and are not regarded as defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these reasons.

④ If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please keep the product intact (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the product and return it within 7 days after reporting.

⑤ To track order status, please log in as a member. Notifications will be sent via email once the order is placed and when it ships.

⑥ In-stock items ship within 3–7 business days.
